We advise you to carefully read all information about the tuition fees at Avans University of Applied Sciences. Please take note that the tuition fee for the half-year programme amounts to half of the tuition fee for a full-year programme.
The tuition fee for the Avans Prep Course covers:
- All courses, fieldwork activities and excursions, scheduled on a 5-day per week basis (not at weekends)
- A personal coach for every student
- Unlimited access to wireless internet
- An Avans e-mail account and access to Intranet and Blackboard, our digital study environment
- Free use of Xplora, Avans’ ultra modern study centre (literature, computers, digital media, individual work stations etc.)
- All learning materials, books and software used during the Avans Prep Course.
The following are not included in the tuition fee:
- Laptop computer (we advise you to bring your own laptop computer with WIFI connection to link up to the university network)
- The British Council exam fee for the IELTS exam in the Netherlands (approx. € 200)
- Visa, residence permit and insurance (approx. € 1,050)
- Rent for accommodation (approx. € 400 - € 500 per month for a furnished room)
- All other living expenses (approx. € 6,000 per year)
